Kinesiology Taping!!

A technique that uses a thin, elastic cotton tape to support muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It's designed to mimic the skin's elasticity and provide support without restricting movement, making it different from traditional athletic tape. Kinesiology tape is used to manage pain, improve circulation, and potentially reduce swelling and inflammation.

I am trained in a variety of modalities that I combine together to create a customized service that will help you reach your goals of relaxation and/or pain relief. You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques and services I offer in my work. 

My services combine relaxation massages, therapeutic (deep) massages, myofascial massage, prenatal massage, and assisted stretching sessions that can stand alone with a treatment plan or can be enhanced with Hot Stones, CBD oil, and/or KT taping.

The service that I provide is medically based to achieve your goals for body improvement. By creating a treatment plan, we can work together on getting you out of pain and improving your mobility.
